So many means a lot=مقدار زیاد

Only so many/much means a few= only a limited quantity of something=فقط تا حدی یا فقط تا یک حدودی/محدود

مثال:

I have so many pens

I have only so many pens
or
I only have so many pens

There’s only so much that anybody’s brain can handle at any one time

تنها چیزهای محدودی وجود دارد که مغز انسان در هر لحظه از عهده آن بر می آید

There are only so many hours in the working day

فقط ساعات محدودی در روز کاری وجود دارد
